Fall Back in Love with Your Nest

Hello
I’m Laura Andrews, the heart behind Homebird. Whether you are drowning in 'stuff', preparing to sell, or finally ready to build that dream garden office, I’m here to take the weight off your shoulders. I provide a seamless, end-to-end service that transforms how you live in, and feel about, your home.

How Homebird Took Flight
Home has always been my anchor. My journey began as a child moving from Saudi Arabia back to Wimbledon. I watched my mother transform a shell of a house into a warm, beautiful sanctuary, and I fell in love with the process then and there.

After a career in Marketing Communications, then post-kids years managing behind-the-scenes aspects of businesses (from HR, payroll and bookkeeping to office and event management), I realised that my true passion was closer to home. I spent years helping local communities, friends and family navigate renovations and declutter purely for the love of it, until one project helping a friend’s parents downsize turned into a full-time calling.

Expertly Managed, Personally Delivered

I know how overwhelming it feels when a home isn’t working. My background in high-level administration means I don't just 'tidy up'; I project manage the transformation. I bring the marketing eye to help sell your house, the organisational brain to run your renovation, and the heart to make sure the result is a space you love coming home to.
Whether we are tackling a single room, streamlining before a big move, or sourcing trusted tradespeople for a special project, my goal is simple: to make your home feel lighter, calmer and entirely you.

How I Can Help
I bridge the gap between "I have an idea" and "It's finally finished." My services are designed to be flexible:

-
Decluttering and Reorganising: creating systems that actually work for your daily life.

-
Staging for Sale: maximising your home's appeal to ensure that you get the best possible price.

-
Project Management: from new bathrooms to garden offices, I source trusted tradespeople and oversee the build so you don't have to.

-
Design and Aesthetics: sourcing the right pieces and layouts to bring comfort and style back to your space.
